5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- As Is: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the course material will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
- Limitation: ABC Traffic School Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or your failure to meet court requirements.
