2. Enrollment and Course Use

- Identity Verification: You agree to participate in any identity verification procedures (e.g., security questions, biometrics) mandated by your state to ensure you are the person completing the course.
- Course Completion: You must successfully pass all required quizzes and/or the final exam to receive a Certificate of Completion.
3. Payment and Refunds
We only share your information when necessary to provide our services or when legally required.
- Fees: All course fees are listed on the enrollment page and must be paid in full prior to accessing the course materials.
- Separate Fees: Course fees are separate from any court fines, processing fees, or administrative costs required by the court or DMV.
- Refund Policy:

- Your Responsibility: You must ensure the court has the correct information and that you have completed the course before your court-mandated deadline. We are not responsible for delays caused by the court or mail service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- As Is: The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the course material will be error-free or that the service will be uninterrupted.
- Limitation: ABC Traffic School Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or your failure to meet court requirements.
